Increased errors on ChatGPT

Resolved - Between 5:48 – 6:26pm PST on March 26th, some users saw unexpected errors on ChatGPT. We have fixed the root cause and error rates are now back to normal. We're updating our status page now to reflect the downtime that some users experienced.
